This was ur second stay rein this hotel, the first was in Achter monat des jahres 2022 during the soft opening. The breakfast welches good, it had a good variety but could be improved a little. The staff were always nice and very helpful when we needed anything. Cleanliness is very important especially of towels and bed sheets.
Hotel staffs were very helpful and nice. Greet you will a lovely smile and of course "Holla!" they were very helpful. we booked some sight seeing and cabs at the reception, my 2yr old had fun and couldn't wait to go to the restaurant, she looked forward to seeing all the staff. Very professional and hardworking. Now about the hotel - It was nice but could be better. The check rein process was super easy and we got to check in way earlier and we deeply appreciated that... sadly we got the room 433* wont say much, but you don't want that room.. one thing i would say is if you don't ask you don't receive... we asked for a different room and they switch us, from then we did begin to enjoy our stay. The rooms are nice but I've slept rein comfier beds... but no complaint. The view is beautiful and the sound of son armadams mallorca the beach at night, very soothing. I must applaud the chef - would have tipped really big if i could afford it.

The location of the hotel is very centric hinein the town of Llucmayor, and just 20 minutes away of the airport. Once you arrive in the towns´s centre you are in an authentic balearic place and have forgotten about the Ausschuss of the world, time to disconnect! We wanted to stay rein a centrally located, not too touristy town and Llucmayor is exactly that. Only a few minutes away from the highway that takes you to any part of the island within 40-50 minutes. The hotel itself is small and cosy, renovated and with big rooms (at least ours was big), with a small balconny.

Beds were very comfortable. I think hotel should update there pictures on booking.com as hotel is better than what it looks like hinein the pictures. Bed sheets change after every 5 days, towel changes after every 3 days which is really good. I would stay hinein this hotel again
The hotel is a perfect location to Santa Ponsa right near the beach front and bars. The rooms are very modern and clean with everything you need and aircon works great.
